New Role for Rachel at it'seeze Horsham
Posted on 28th February 2018 at 08:36
Since joining it'seeze Horsham in February 2017, Rachel Humphrey has been generating new leads by contacting prospective clients. In her revised role Rachel will be working with our existing clients to help make them aware of industry and company developments and to help them keep their it'seeze website current and updated.
Rachel has been a key part of it'seeze Horsham's continued growth and with that ever increasing client base it'seeze Horsham owner John Wright wanted to create a role dedicated to supporting existing clients. John said ''as we continue to grow I felt it was important to have someone who is dedicated to keeping our existing clients informed of developments that will be of interest and benefit to their business. Having been with us for the past 12 months, Rachel has gained the knowledge and expertise that makes her perfect for this new role.
In addition to helping to keep clients up to date with relevant changes and updates, Rachel will also be carrying out quarterly reviews on all it'seeze Horsham's clients websites.
Rachel said ''We understand how difficult it can be for busy business owners to make the changes to their website content that will help keep it fresh and up to date. So our 3 monthly website review will now include a check on the images and written content on the site. If I see anything that I feel could benefit from a tweak, I will let the client know and also offer to carry out those changes if they would like me to do so.''
