it's our Birthday

it’seeze Horsham are two years old this week. As we wash the champagne flutes and clear away the cake crumbs, we look back over the last, very busy, 12 months.
New clients and repeat business
it’seeze Horsham has continued to grow over the past year; as well as taking on new clients for their first it’seeze website, many of them gained from referrals from existing customers, we have been delighted by the number of our clients who have asked us to create a second, and even third, website for them.
We really do go the extra mile for our clients; we look to not only deliver a great website for their business, but to also make the process as pain free and enjoyable as possible. We love it when that is rewarded by repeat business, referrals and great reviews.
A new home
in September 2017, we moved into a new office in Horsham Town centre. Our new location, in the Bishopric, is perfect for clients to meet with us to discuss their website requirements.
Less than a year on, we are outgrowing the space we have and will soon be taking up additional space at the same premises.
Award winners
Also in September, we were very proud to be presented with the Head Office Choice Award at the it’seeze Annual Conference. Just a year after we opened the Horsham office, it was a real privilege to receive this award; we could not have won it without the support of our clients, the network of local businesses that we work with, and the it’seeze head office team.
Horsham Business Show
October 2017 saw the first ever Horsham Business Show. The Show was set up by Horsham business owners Andy Hannant (Andy Hannant Photography) and John Wright (it’seeze Horsham), and was sponsored by it’seeze Horsham.
With over thirty local businesses exhibiting a diverse range of products and services, six seminars on a wide range of business related topics, and a constant flow of visitors providing an enthusiastic crowd, the event was a great success.
it’seeze Horsham will once again be sponsoring The Show in 2018. Exhibition stands are now sold out, and the event promises to be even bigger and better than last year. Full details, and free registration for visitors can be found here
The Web’n’Lunch
We are always looking for fun and interesting ways to make it as easy as possible for local business owners to get great websites for their business, and in January we introduced the Web’n’Lunch.
A Web’n’Lunch is an opportunity for business owners to tell us a bit more about their business, enjoy great food, and to talk about their website ideas and requirements. And lunch is on us!
The Web’n’Lunch has been well received; new clients love this relaxed and enjoyable approach as the first step to them getting a great new website.

A new role for Rachel
In February, a year after joining it’seeze Horsham, Rachel Humphrey's role was changed to one where she supports our existing clients. Rachel helps to make our clients aware of industry and company developments and to keep their it'seeze website current and updated. She also carries out quarterly reviews on all it’seeze Horsham clients' websites.
Rachel was previously generating new leads by contacting prospective clients. However, as the client base continues to grow, it’seeze Horsham owner John Wright felt it was important to have someone who is dedicated to keeping our existing clients informed of developments that will be of interest and benefit to their business.
As seen on TV
In March we were delighted to watch it’seeze Horsham client Chez Keona appear on the Channel 4 programme 'A New Life in the Sun''. The programme followed Kevin and Fiona Lapworth's journey from living and working in the South of England, to owning and running a B&B in the French village of Le Vigeant.
And the icing on the cake for us was seeing Kevin wearing an it’seeze T-shirt on national TV!
Year 3 and beyond
It has been an exciting and enjoyable first two years at it’seeze Horsham. We would like to say a big thank you to our clients, the local companies that we work with to the mutual benefit of our businesses, and to the it’seeze head office team. Our success wouldn't be possible without you.
We now look forward to the next year and beyond. We have some exciting developments planned, but our overriding aim for the future is to keep supporting our clients, and to continue to provide fantastic new websites for businesses in Surrey and Sussex.
